Following Bella Swan’s ill-fated 18th birthday party, Edward Cullen and his family abandon the town of Forks, Washington, in an effort to protect her from the dangers inherent in their world. if i but the tickets for thursday what will be the difference than friday? i thought all movies came out on fridays? my girlfriend wants these tickets and i was wondering what the deal is.
There is a midnight showing, Thursday Night/Friday Morning. At the time of this post, that is the only showing that is available for purchase. The movie is coming at on Friday at 12:05 AM Friday October 20th. If your girlfriend wants to be the first person to see the movie, the 12:05 showing will be the first for her to see.

Twilight is a poorly-written series, and Edward Cullen is a fictional character. Seriously, kids, when will you learn? Looks don’t make a man, character does, and nobody in the series has any. Unless you want to wind up horribly disappointed later in life, I’d advise you not to take the series so… seriously.
Also, has anyone else noticed that Stephenie Meyer uses the word “chagrin” a lot?

I wasnt into Twilight til I saw the movie with My bf Josh and His mom.. We Saw Twilight and I was like OMG theres going to be another one. So when I heard there was going to be Twilights the New Moon I have been waiting for this movie to come out. So we have been planning to see it. Cant wait… It seems like its a must see movie …I’m Sure my bf and I will go see the movie.

If someone has a real interest in this series, wether they are 15 or 45, it’s a better choice than having nothing better to do than post pi$$y comments about reviews placed by interested parties! Sounds like both of you could use a little
“fantasy” in your own lives! By the way, the books ARE well written and the movies follow suit for any movie that follows a book. Just hatin’ and we feel sorry for you two!

I love these movies and the books but im not going gah gah over the guys in it… I just like the romance and how they can run soooo fast and different things like that… some people need to watch it because its a great movie not just because of some guy youll never have…
Whoever, it might not be good literature. I haven’t read it but my granddaughter has and she is an avid reader and loves the series. The purpose is to enjoy what you are reading and/or watching. So all of you…enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!

@Rhiana, not to be starting an argument or anything, but my comments were directed towards people who were taking the books like they were serious business, and the characters were absolutely real. Sure, I may have nothing better to do, but do these people saying “OMG I LOVED THE PART WHEN JACOB/EDWARD WAS SHIRTLESS!!” really fare any better than myself?
The books are not well written, either, even Stephen King himself said so, and he would know much better than most people out there, considering he’s been writing bestsellers since the 70s. Sure, the movies may follow the books, and perhaps that’s what makes them so bland. I do dislike Twilight, and it’s because I never liked the books, and the movies made it worse. Feel sorry for me all you want.
New Moon was awesome. Its a great movie and I have to admit my favorite parts were when JACOB was SHIRTLESS!!!! Team Jacob!!!!
But if you like twilight then you will love new moon even more…

Hi people new moon rock i saw it 4 times! I like edward too but i saw something online and it was about edward and it said he doesn’t drink human blood, he lives in the forest, and he sparkles faseit hes a fairy!
It was a LOT better than Twilight, but I HATED the ending. I’m already looking foward to Eclipse and Breaking Dawn!! :)
Loved New Moon and yes I am a mom!!! I have read all of the books and for me viewing the movies bring it all to life!!! My daughter has also read the books and has seen the movies with me also. I think that it is great for us to enjoy something together!! We are both Team Edward!!!! Cannot wait until Eclipse is released and I am excited about viewing his new movie “Remember Me.” The previews to this movie look pretty good. I will probably always be a big Rob Pattinson fan:)
